With the rapid advancement of the Internet, mobile technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, and large language models, Financial Technology (FinTech) has become a central driver of transformation in global financial systems. These technological breakthroughs are reshaping blockchain infrastructure, digital currencies, banking, insurance, payments, and broader economic ecosystems, presenting both significant challenges and unprecedented opportunities for the financial industry.
As a bridge between East and West, Istanbul is emerging as a dynamic hub for financial innovation and digital transformation. Its strategic geographic and economic position makes it an ideal venue for global experts and industry leaders to exchange ideas and explore the intelligent evolution of finance.

Initiated in 2019 as a specialized workshop affiliated with the Shanghai AI Summit and the IVPAI conference, the International Conference on Financial Technology (ICFT) has developed into a well-recognized international conference since its expansion in 2024. Previous editions have been successfully held in Singapore (ICFT 2024) and Hong Kong (ICFT 2025), attracting a diverse global audience, including distinguished scholars, IEEE Fellows, industry experts, and emerging researchers.

The 7^th International Conference on Financial Technology (ICFT 2026) will take place in Istanbul from August 19 to 21, 2026. The conference will feature keynote & invited speeches, oral presentation sessions and poster sessions, covering blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, digital currencies, and innovative financial services. ICFT 2026 aims to provide a high-level platform for researchers, practitioners, regulators, and industry leaders to present research findings, exchange insights, and foster collaboration, thereby advancing the sustainable and intelligent development of the global fintech ecosystem.

Publication

Papers submitted to ICFT 2026 will be reviewed by Technical Committees of the conference. Accepted and presented papers at ICFT 2026 will be meticulously curated and featured in the ICFT Conference Proceedings, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus after conference.
